Core Technical Advantages

Vacuum Interrupter Technology

Adopts epoxy resin solid-insulated vacuum interrupter, featuring excellent insulation performance and arc-quenching capability. It supports fast fault current interruption and controllable fault exhaust.

Magnetic Actuator Mechanism

Simple structure with only one moving part. Position is locked by permanent magnets, and the coil is energized only during operation, which significantly improves mechanical life and operational reliability.

Smart Controller

Built-in microprocessor-based protection and control unit, supporting multiple protection logics, event recording, fault waveform recording, load analysis and communication protocols. It enables local/remote monitoring and parameter setting.

High Environmental Adaptability

Suitable for harsh outdoor environments, resistant to ozone, moisture and UV radiation.

Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +55℃, altitude up to 3000 m, protection class IP65 (controller enclosure).

Main Functions

Automatic Reclosing Function

Supports operating sequences such as O-0.1s-CO-1s-CO-1s-CO, with up to 4 reclosing operations configurable. It effectively handles temporary faults and reduces power outages.

Multiple Protection Functions

Including phase-to-phase / earth fault protection, sensitive earth fault, direction detection, high-current tripping, cold load pickup suppression, inrush current blocking, frequency protection, synchronism check, broken line detection (negative sequence overcurrent), etc.

Data Recording & Communication

Supports more than 32,000 event records, fault waveform recording and load profile analysis, with multiple communication methods available.

Applications

  • Overhead distribution lines

  • Substation outgoing protection

  • Distribution Automation System (DAS)

  • Distributed power generation interconnection points

  • Industrial and urban distribution networks
