I. Product Features

Safety & Environmental Protection:

Excellent fire and explosion resistance. No harmful gases are emitted during operation, ensuring environmental friendliness and eliminating fire hazards.

Stable Performance:

Key performance parameters meet or exceed applicable standards, ensuring excellent electrical and mechanical performance throughout the entire service life, with no risk of partial discharge.

Reliable Insulation:

Both high- and low-voltage windings are insulated with Nomex® material and processed through vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI). The windings are sealed with Class H insulating materials and thermally cured at high temperature, enabling long-term stable operation at temperatures above 200°C.

Advanced Structure:

The high-voltage winding adopts a continuous winding design, effectively overcoming the limitations of conventional multilayer cylindrical windings—such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation, susceptibility to thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength. This results in superior mechanical strength, improved heat dissipation, and significantly enhanced operational reliability.
